These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Agentic Sites ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), a library of copy-paste AI website prompts. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Service after that constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Service provides a curated collection of prompts designed to help you build website pages with AI tools. Prompts are provided as text that you copy, paste, and adapt for your own projects.

Prompts and accompanying content are intended as starting points. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and refining any output produced from a prompt before using it in production, in commercial projects, or anywhere accuracy matters.

Some parts of the Service require an account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or otherwise compromise the safety or experience of other users.

You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of it. You must not:

• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically harvest prompts or other content at scale without our written permission.
• Resell, redistribute, or republish our prompt collection as a competing product or service.
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its systems, or other users' accounts.

The Service, including its design, code, and original written content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or commercial website-building projects.

Output you generate using our prompts is yours to use as you see fit, subject to these Terms and any terms of the AI tool you use to generate it.

Paid passes grant you full access to the prompt library. All tiers are one-time purchases with lifetime access — there are no subscriptions. The tiers differ only in seats and commercial scope:

• Maker Pass ($49): single-user license for up to 3 distinct commercial projects. Non-transferable.
• Pro All-Access ($99): single-user license for unlimited commercial projects you own or are contracted to build, with no attribution required.
• Agency License ($199): multi-seat license for up to 5 developers, including commercial subcontracting and direct transfer of finished client work to your clients.
• Project and seat limits are enforced on the honor model. If your needs grow (for example a fourth commercial project on Maker), upgrade to a higher tier from the pricing page — access tiers only ever move up.

Certain prompts and services, such as custom prompt requests, may require payment. All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

If a digital prompt you purchased is defective or doesn't match its description, contact us and we'll make it right — including a refund where appropriate. Because digital products are delivered instantly, refunds are otherwise issued at our discretion.

Prompts are used with AI tools operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the output, availability, pricing, or terms of those tools. Your use of any third-party tool is governed by that tool's own terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that prompts will produce specific results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
